I’ve lived a lot of places, met a lot of people and lived to tell about it. I dream of the day when zombies take over our world.
In the “real world” I work as a computer consultant in healthcare, a career I find both rewarding and frustrating.
I have some hobbies. I’ve played clarinet for years but not so much recently, I knit and crochet, and I enjoy correspondence with my family and friends. Every once in a while you’ll catch me with a game controller (XBox 360) or a camera.
I also watch a lot of movies, and one of my hobbies is growing that collection. Horror is my favorite type of movie, specifically zombie movies, but I also enjoy comedies, kung fu, action and disaster flicks (though I mourn that there are not more high quality disaster movies) as well. Strangely, I do not have cable, nor do I watch network TV (unless it is via DVD, internet, or XBox Live).
I’ve lived on the east coast and west coast of the United States, as well as a brief stint in the UK. I’ve visited places all over the United States, and toured Scotland (mostly by foot and rail!) while living there.
I’m happily married to a wonderful, talented man who makes my life richer and more meaningful by being in it. We have a beautiful love story that is still being written.
My stepdaughter is a joy, a talented young woman with potential, passion, and intellect, and I am lucky to have her friendship.
